Every time I go to New york I stop up to the Bronx to see my cousin . He writes the name MED and is a world famous graffiti and tattoo artist . He owns the Tattoo shop TUFF CITY and if you are ever in the Bronx they are located right on Fordam Road. Stop by and check them out! They keep the graffiti culture crackin' and do the best tattoos in New York City. Tuff City was also just used for the new Papoose and Kayslay video called graffitti .
