Unfortunately I don't know a whole lot about "The Decades 19xx". What I do know is that I'm wearing their High Water 5 panel right now and it's extremely quality product. We got a shipment in down at Timebomb, pictured below, and they're moving extremely fast so if you want to get your hands on one get to 200 S Highland Ave ASAP!
