Pittsburgh's own Shad Black is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated mixtape Sneakers n Loudpacks. In the meantime Shad decided to let loose the "I Need" featuring CTE's own Slick Pulla and Wink Loc. The Huey Baker produced banger will not be featured on Sneakers n Loudpacks, just a gift to the fans to tide them over until the release of the project.
