With several unreleased mix tapes put together in his works, Welfare is the first official release to the public with explosive features from Devin Miles, Hi-Rez, and label-mates EV, and Komplex. TeeJay’s mix tape portrays various struggles that he has gone through in his life from when he was a child to present day and expresses a life lesson that will be very valuable to those who take advantage. TBC's own Billy Hoyle produced two tracks on the tape as well!
