RETURN OF THE BOOM BAP SHOWCASE VOLUME 1

This is the DJ Tony Touch make up date from our Summer Clothing Collection After Party a couple weeks ago. The night kicks off at 10pm with DJ Hank D on the 1's and 2's. Hosted by Dos Noun and BZE the night will be filled with hip hop that will bring you back! Boaz, The 58's and Varsity Squad will be there to kick off the live performances at 11pm. Come early and stay late! From midnight till 2:30am DJ Tony Touch will take over and it's sure to be 90's filled hip hop craziness. First off I wanna thank everyone for coming out and supporting the whole TBC movement. June 15th 2011 was a day for the record books! The party kicked off in store with the launch of our TimeBomb Summer Clothing Collection. For the event we got Jasmine Solano (NYC) to spin in store while people bought TBC gear and drank for free thanks to Iron City Beer, Clique Vodka, Vitamin Water and Red Bull. Sadly at the end of the in store we got word that Tony Touch missed his flight from NYC to Pittsburgh.. we were disappointed but luckily still had Jasmine, House Shoes, Hank D and Vex to rock the after party.

As the night moved to Shadow Lounge people really got into the spirit of the event dancing and drinking the night away. Hank D kicked off the party getting everyone of the floor and prepped them for Jasmines second performance of the day. She KILLED it in true Jasmine Solano fashion. Check out the photos above and you can get a feel of how the night went. Last but not least House Shoes closed off the night in Shadow Lounge doing his thing. You can catch him once a month at AVA for ready or not fridays with Vex. We couldn't have asked for much more out of the night. Also wanna send a special shout out to Tevin (@Tevin412) for getting photos throughout the day and night. TimeBomb Summer Clothing Collection Debuts This Friday June 17th!

2011's the number another summer... and Timebomb, Pittsburgh's premier streetwear boutique has released asphalt bubbling heat that will take you back to the grimy 90's. After two decades atop Pittsburgh's hip-hop, graffiti, and fashion scene, Timebomb has drawn inspiration from that crazy golden era two decades later. Inspired by the streets Brick Diggler, KtSmokes, and Joe Boots have designed or reissued some dope pieces as part of their Summer Clothing Collection. The designs include the Big L "Putcha L's Up" tribute shirt seen in Mac Miller's video Kool Aid and Frozen Pizza, Timebomb's "Classic Clock" design, A Timebomb Crew shirt inspired by the "Pretty Woman" logo for male and female pimps alike, two shirts made as an homage to the stores graffiti roots with the "Signature Bomb" design plus the "Holy Spraycan", and last but not least the Timebomb "Goon Squad" which is pretty self explanatory. From the time of Krylon and fatcaps to the present day of I-Phones and Tumblr, Timebomb continues to nostalgically innovate.

June 17th is approach faster then I can say TimeBomb Summer Clothing Collection. We've been super busy preparing for the busy day and felt we should let the rest of the TimeBomb Crew see some shots from the photo shoots that have been taking place over the past month. We were lucky enough to get a bunch of local celebrities and good looking friends to be our TimeBomb models. We couldn't be happier with the end result and can't wait for everyone to check the full collection which will also be available on TIMEBOMBSHOP. See you next friday!
