As the newest member of Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Tolly is making a name for himself in the streets of Pittsburgh and beyond. After the success of his video for the single "Bands" off his debut mixtape Underrated, Tolly is back at work on his 2nd tape which is yet to be titled.
