Varsity Squad - Count It Up

The Varsity Squad is back with some new visuals for your corneas and shit.  Jon and Beedie laced this P. Fish beat on some old school hip hop tip.  The more and more they put out the more exciting I'm getting for the VS tape to drop.  Big shouts to Andrew Platt and Tom Larkin, they did their thing on the visual side. Very simple concept plus dope angles and edits make for a fun video. Enjoy.

Varsity Tryouts Episode 7

J waller is a dynamic underground rapper from Pittsburgh. Although his debut tape, Dyin' Breed, doesn't drop til tomorrow he has already created a buzz inside and outside Pittsburgh.  Cool Down is the second single from his tape.  It has a classic old school vibe which has made J Waller a fan favorite of a younger generation while still getting respect from the old heads.  The tape has features from Kris-styles and J Will from Pittsburgh. Running the gamut from pseudo one-hitters from the likes of more well known artists like Tone Loc, Young MC, and Warren G to lesser known scribes such as Skee-Lo and Grand Daddy I.U. plus tons more. As always, old-school videos screened throughout the night on the massive shadow lounge wall. CM Residents Selecta & SMI in competing decks for a seamless transition of tracks and perhaps even a mini four-turntable set if the mood feels right. Come out and support the longest running classic hip-hop night in the city.

[ @Crystal_Seth video] This is just a fun ass video.  It will keep you smiling the whole way through like you were there, even if you weren't.  Crystal Seth has developed a lot as an artist over that past couple of months since his first mixtape. Premo Video [The 58s: B White]

B. White's latest mixtape The Evidence is creating quite a stir in Pittsburgh, on the net and beyond. B teamed up with Ben Fredette to create a visual for one of the stand out tracks on the project entitled "Premo Freetyle".  This video is a personal favorite of mind.  Most of the video takes place in the one and only TIMEBOMB and has cameos of Brick Diggler, Drastik, Dj Tom Dug, Aus10 Paris, Mayo and more. Fish produced track “Push”, a fan favorite from Beedie’s recent album The Beat Bully LP.
